Nearly 18%* of workers will experience Domestic Violence in the workplace.

Ontario’s Occupational Health & Safety Act defines this as workplace violence; if an employer is aware or ought to be aware, the employer must take every reasonable precaution to protect the worker.

  • Employer legal responsibilities, including OHSA section 32.0.4, & due diligence
  • Domestic violence & the signs
  • How domestic violence comes to work & what to do when it does
  • Keeping workers safe at work
