Michael is a native of the Listowel area where he continues to reside with his family. In 2007, he earned a diploma in Business Administration from Conestoga College and in 2008, he earned a degree in Business Studies – Accounting Major from the University of Windsor. 

While working at Ward & Uptigrove, Michael obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2011.  He became Partner at the beginning of 2021. Michael currently serves owner-managed businesses and non-profit organizations providing advice on personal and corporate income tax planning, estate planning, succession planning, annual compliance work and general business issues. 

Michael enjoys spending time with his family, as well as being involved with local hockey, baseball, and golf.
