Jason holds an Honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Contemporary Studies, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate from Georgian College in Human Resources Management. In addition to obtaining his CHRL designation, Jason has education in Workplace Investigations Training, DISC, Trait Emotional Intelligence, Advanced Process Improvement Tools, and Root Cause Analysis.

Jason brings over 10 years of experience in the Public Sector, specifically in Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labour Relations, and Generalist roles. He has also supported different industries including Municipal Administration, Transportation and Infrastructure, Paramedic Services, Seniors Services, Child Welfare, and Hospitals.

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys being outdoors, boating, fishing, water skiing, and relaxing by a fire. Living near Shallow Lake, just south of the Bruce Peninsula, Jason says he spends a lot of time clearing snow in the winter and flooding an outdoor rink that is usually only skate-able for a few weeks… but when it is ready, it’s pretty great.
