Leah graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2012 and completed a Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Certificate in 2015. Leah achieved her CHRP designation with the Human Resources Professional Association in 2015 and joined Ward & Uptigrove in June 2021.

Leah works to ensure veterinarians meet their goals and objectives in regards to their greatest asset; their Human Resources. She works alongside the client to determine the root cause of an HR issue, and to identify the best course of action. She can assist in all areas including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, policy, compliance and terminations.
