Mihaela graduated with Honors from Pace University in New York City, with Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Accounting. Mihaela completed the CICA In-Depth tax courses I, II and Owner- Manager and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Mihaela joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2015 and previously worked with a national accounting firm in Toronto. Mihaela provides a wide range of services to our clients such as corporate tax review, incorporation, general tax planning, assistance with CRA audits and appeals along with other related services.

In her spare time, Mihaela enjoys hiking and discovering the beauty of Canada with her husband.
