Myra earned a Chartered Accountancy - Honours degree prior to receiving a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Waterloo in 2007.  While gaining valuable experience in Assurance and Global Mobility Expatriate Tax at a Big 4 firm, Myra achieved her CPA, CA designation in 2009. Myra offers expertise in specialized areas of tax and accounting, and also has experience with private companies, including Financial Planning and Analysis. She joined Ward & Uptigrove as a Tax Manager in October of 2022.

Outside of the office, Myra likes to stay active. She is an Irish dance performer and instructor, and also enjoys walking, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
