Who You Are:

  • Responsible and hardworking individual 
  • Finds fulfillment figuring out a problem and fixing it
  • Get satisfaction helping your customer get their grain operation back up and running 
  • You enjoy construction, but prefer a friendly, rural setting 
  • Comfortable with climbing and working at heights 
  • Ability to lift 30-50lbs, and able to climb ladders
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract and enjoys driving 
  • At least 1 year of experience in service and/or construction role 
  • Basic electrical knowledge, preferred, or willingness to learn 
  • Welding experience, stick (SMAW), preferred, or willingness to learn 
  • High degree of respect for safety rules 
  • Desire to learn and grow and an interest in on-the-job training

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to service and repair material handling, conditioning, and storage equipment, 
  • Fabricate and weld parts required during set-up, overhaul and maintenance of grain handling systems, 
  • Assist other service techs and customers with troubleshooting steps and ideas on-site and over the phone, 
  • Identify and report problems as they relate to product quality or process effectiveness/efficiency,
  • Assist with the assembly, testing and commissioning of new grain handling equipment and systems 
  • Perform millwrighting work on-site to meet project deadlines and budgets, and to ensure compliance with job specifications and ESA/Company standards, 
  • Install other types of machinery and mechanical equipment on-site, 
  • Accurately complete work orders, maintenance checklists, daily time sheets, safety forms etc.
