Christie earned a diploma in Business Administration Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting, Audit and Information Technology from Conestoga College. Until her graduation in 2015, Christie worked in the audit and assurance department of a national accounting firm. 

Christie joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2016. Christie coordinates and prepares various tax elections, nonresident returns, family trust returns, and aids in numerous other compliance and special income tax projects. 

Outside of work, Christie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, swimming, canoeing, and waterskiing.
