Lydia graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting degree and received an Academic Excellence in Accounting Award. While at University, she volunteered with community tax clinics. 

Following her graduation, Lydia joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2019 as a Junior Accountant in the Business department and transitioned to the Tax department in 2021.

Lydia has been the Stratford Fair Ambassador and District 8 Ambassador. She volunteers and participates in many community and agricultural society events. Lydia enjoys playing volleyball, recreational sports, DIY projects and spending time with family and friends.
