Brad grew up on a dairy farm near Atwood. He graduated from Conestoga College with a Business Administration Diploma and later from Centralia College with an Agriculture Business Management Diploma. Upon joining Ward & Uptigrove in 1987, he pursued his CGA designation and graduated in 1991. 

Through his work experience, education, and childhood, Brad has acquired a wide range of experience in the agriculture business leading to his appointment as a Partner. He is a member of the Canadian Association of the Farm Advisors. 

Brad lives in Atwood with his wife and sons. Brad has served as an executive member for Listowel Minor Hockey as well as on the Atwood Lions Club for many years and was president in 1998. He enjoys taking in his family sporting and other activities, hiking and family vacations
