Emerging Leaders Development Program
A learning program comprised of two in person sessions and four 3.5-hour Zoom sessions over 2 weeks. For emerging and existing leaders to gain an understanding of self and an appreciation of others. Topics will include:
- Role of the Leader & Personal Effectiveness
- Employment Law 101
- Communication
- Time Management
- Motivation & Engagement
