Valerie graduated from Fanshawe College with her Business – Accounting diploma and joined the farm department of Ward & Uptigrove in August 2001. In December of 2021, Valerie received her CPA designation.. 

Valerie grew up on a small farm in the area and her interest in farm life is evident in the work she does. She appreciates having the opportunity to stay informed of all of the many agricultural advances. 

In her spare time, Valerie plays ladies slow pitch, enjoys going on bike rides, playing video games and spending time with family and friends.
