Garrett graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2017 with an Honours degree in Business Administration, a minor in Economics and a Graduate diploma in Accounting. 

After graduation, he worked for an accounting firm in the GTA and has experience in audit reviews and compilations. Garrett joined Ward & Uptigrove’s Business department in 2018, bringing client focused service, and earned his CPA, CA designation in 2019. He moved into his current role as Principal at the beginning of 2023.

Garrett resides in Belgrave and enjoys renovating his stone house, team sports and watersports.
