Sylvia graduated from Brock University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Accounting, then started her accounting career at a small firm in Goderich where she earned her CPA designation in 2016. 

Sylvia joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2016, first in the business department. In 2018, she transitioned to the farm department and she became Principal at the beginning of 2021.

Sylvia lives in North Perth and enjoys spending time in the Muskoka’s with her friends and family.
