Vanessa graduated from Fanshawe College in 2015 with a Business—Accounting advanced diploma. After school, Vanessa worked at a regional accounting firm in London before joining Ward & Uptigrove in 2018. 

Vanessa joined the Agriculture department at Ward & Uptigrove to be closer to where she now resides, in Milverton. 

In her spare time, Vanessa volunteers as the treasurer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Listowel and District. She enjoys reading mystery novels and cooking.
