Brendan was born and raised in Wingham. He earned a Honours Business Administration degree from the University of Guelph in 1998 and joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2000. With some additional courses from Wilfrid Laurier University, he obtained his CA designation in 2006. He was appointed Partner beginning in 2020. Brendan is heavily involved with auditing and financial statement preparation for a broad range of clients covering many industry sectors. 

A large and growing part of his client base is in the veterinary professional field, where he has assisted practice buys and sells, financial reporting, industry benchmarking, forecasting and tax planning. 

Brendan and his wife reside in Listowel with their boys. He enjoys hockey, and is the Treasurer of Listowel Minor Hockey, as well as volleyball and outdoor activities such as golf and snowboarding.
