Michelle graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Accounting degree. She earned her CPA, CA designation while working as a manager at a small accounting firm in Waterloo. 

Michelle joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2018 as a Principal in the Business Advisory Group and became a Partner in 2022. She assists owner-managed business clients with preparation of financial statements and corporate tax returns, as well as providing advice with respect to income tax planning and general business issues. 

Michelle is from Listowel and is married with 3 kids. She is active in school and church communities serving on various boards and committees. When away from work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family, including camping and hiking.
