Role of the leader and personal effectiveness, including a deep dive into the importance of emotional intelligence.
2. Employment Law 101
Duties and responsibilities for human resources and workplace health and safety and how to practically apply legislation and implement initiatives in the workplace.
3. Communication
Examine strategies to close the gap between your team’s current and desired level of performance through effective coaching.
4. Time Management
Understand the typical issues managers face in their roles, and strategies to engage in order to set the direction for their team’s success, including delegation and time & priority graphing.
5. Motivation & Engagement
Discover the power of engagement and examine strategies to build relationships.

- A computer with webcam, microphone and speakers.
- Zoom Basic software (free) loaded onto your computer.
- Sufficient internet bandwidth.
- A private space so you can speak and hear the audio.
- All content is proprietary and copyrighted, all information is provided for personal use, therefore participants must agree to not record any session.
