Carrie is a native of Listowel and joined Ward & Uptigrove as a Human Resources Professional in 2006. 

She attained her Business Administration diploma through Wilfrid Laurier University while working full-time in 2001 and her HR Certificate in 2008 through Conestoga College. In 2010, she earned her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. 

She assumed the HR Team Lead role in 2018; supporting our HR Team to provide our corporate/employer clients with expertise around their people. With more than 20 years’ experience in business and human resources, Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge in several areas of HR: compensation and pay equity, executive recruitment, performance management and discipline. 

Carrie volunteers for a local kids’ minor sports.
