Jason Clement
CHRL - HR Advisor
Jason supports organizations in moments when clarity matters — when policies meet people, and decisions carry real impact. His work is grounded in the day-to-day realities of HR: performance conversations, accommodations, attendance issues, contract language, terminations, and everything in between. It’s the kind of work that requires a steady hand, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate both the human and technical sides of each situation.
Most often he works one-on-one with leaders, directly supporting employees, or guiding conversations that need to be handled with clarity and care. Whether reviewing a contract, responding to a workplace concern, or helping a manager navigate a difficult decision.
With over a decade of experience in the public sector, Jason has supported a range of organizations in roles spanning Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labour Relations, and Generalist HR. His work has crossed many sectors where the impacts are real and visibility is high. These include municipal administration, paramedic services, seniors services, child welfare, and hospitals. These settings have shaped his approach: calm, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that while not everything needs to be fixed right away, everything should be clearly understood so that progress can be made.
Jason holds an Honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Georgian College. He maintains his CHRL designation and has pursued additional education in DISC and Trait Emotional Intelligence to support his interpersonal work. He is deeply committed to public service and to the value that organizations bring to the communities they serve.
