Leah graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2012 and completed a Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Certificate in 2015. Leah achieved her CHRP designation with the Human Resources Professional Association in 2015 and joined Ward & Uptigrove in June 2021.

Leah brings experience from the public and private sectors.  She is experienced in various areas of human resources including, but not limited to: Recruitment and Selection, Training, Strategic Planning, Policy Development and Implementation, Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Projects including budgets, resources and timelines.

In her spare time, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and baking.
