Lena holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and is currently enrolled in the Management of Human Resources program at Niagara College. She joined W&U in January 2022 and brings previous customer service experience in consulting and sales.

Outside of the office, you can find Lena volunteering with her local Horticultural Society where she also sits on the Board of Directors. She enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time outdoors with family.
