What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Manage the overall financial operations, from financial analysis to accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and more.
• Strategic Influence: Be an integral part of the Leadership Team, influencing strategic planning, streamlining processes, and helping us grow.
• Drive Innovation: Spearhead initiatives that identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities across departments.
• Financial Maestro: Oversee budgeting, audits, reporting, and provide valuable financial guidance to leadership.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or Business (professional designation in good standing required).
• Extensive experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, and strategic planning.
• Leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage audits and financial reports.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• A knack for problem-solving and a passion for driving positive change.
