In Person Event - October 2nd, 2024
A complimentary in-person event designed for Municipal CAOs to enjoy strategic discussions amongst your peers in a non-political setting. We appreciate our relationships with our municipal clients so; we are bringing this event back! This session will offer educational HR content and opportunity for an insightful exchange of ideas, challenges and opportunities.
All attendees are invited to become a panel participant at time of registration. Panel participants will be provided up to five minutes to discuss and take questions on their selected topic.

Virtual Option: We believe this experience will be best in-person, but will provide a virtual option, upon request. Note - this is not a recorded event.
Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast provided. Vegetarian, gluten and dairy-free options available by request.
Schedule:
8:00am to 8:30am: Attendee arrival, breakfast and networking
8:30am to 9:45am: W&U presents “Retention of Employees in Today’s Political Climate: Impact on Your People and What You Can Do”
9:45am to 10:30am: Break Out Session - Discuss and share your current HR/people challenges and opportunities
10:45am to Noon: Panel Member Discussion – What’s working at your municipality? Where are you seeing success, innovation, and/or improvement in HR strategies and functions?
Noon to 1:00pm: Optional Networking Opportunity - Stay after the session to chat with each other and members of the W&U team
